During the week of November 18, more than 100 Mississippi farmers and ranchers will travel to Washington to represent Farm Bureau in our nation’s capital. This year, the Mississippi Farm Bureau Federation “D.C. Fly-In” will be held November 18-20, 2019.

“We are looking forward to this year’s fly-in,” MFBF National Affairs Coordinator Justin Ferguson said. “We have meetings confirmed with our entire congressional delegation, USDA, EPA, FCC, the European Union, and the local office of the Taiwan government.  During our second day, we will have a series of small group meetings with the Senate Appropriations, Senate Commerce, and Senate Agriculture committees, as well as other agency representatives on numerous policy issues important to Mississippi agriculture.”

The deadline to sign up for the fly-in is October 17. Contact your MFBF Regional Manager for more information and to sign up.
