The Mississippi Farm Bureau Federation is proud to announce the establishment of the Mississippi Farm Bureau Federation FFA Advisor of the Year Award.

This annual award seeks to recognize one high school FFA Advisor for their efforts in teaching agriculture along with their leadership as an FFA advisor. The FFA Advisor of the Year Award is a peer-nominated award in which nominees must be recommended by a fellow FFA Advisor. All nominees will receive an award application to be completed, submitted online, and judged by a panel of outside judges.

The winner of the award will receive a $500 cash prize and a $2,000 award to benefit their school FFA chapter. The FFA Advisor of the Year will be recognized at the Mississippi State FFA Convention in June and the Mississippi Farm Bureau Federation Annual Convention in December.
