MFBF, Nationwide Agriculture Organizations Urge Rollins Confirmation as USDA Secretary
Mississippi Farm Bureau Federation was one of hundreds of agriculture organizations nationwide who are asking the United States Senate’s Agriculture, Nutrition, and Forestry Committee led by Chairman John Boozman from Arkansas to confirm President-elect Donald Trump’s nomination for Secretary of Agriculture Brooke Rollins. If confirmed by the United States Senate, Rollins would be the nation’s 33rd Secretary of Agriculture.
Others requesting Rollins’ confirmation on the extensive list are American Farm Bureau Federation, Texas Farm Bureau, Mississippi Soybean Association, and Mississippi Land Bank.
