The 2024 Mississippi Farm Bureau® Federation Young Farmers & Ranchers (YF&R) Leadership Conference will be held February 16-18, 2024, at The Peabody Hotel in Memphis. We cordially invite all Mississippi young farmers and ranchers and their spouses to attend this engaging and exciting annual event.

Conference participants will have an opportunity to network with others from across the state who share their livelihood and passion for agriculture, while gaining valuable information on how to become a better leader for agriculture. We encourage county Farm Bureaus to send as many young farmers as possible to help them gain more experience in our organization.

This year, all participants must register and fees must be paid through the conference website.
