The Mississippi Farm Bureau Federation will celebrate a century of service to Mississippi farmers, ranchers and rural communities on October 30, 2022. On that day 100 years ago, representatives from 12 county Farm Bureaus gathered in Jackson to incorporate a statewide Farm Bureau to promote Mississippi crops.

To commemorate this milestone, MFBF will host its second celebratory event at the Sheraton Refuge in Flowood and the Mississippi Trade Mart in Jackson from Dec. 2-5. The event will have activities that appeal to members of all ages, including:

• Mississippi Farm Bureau Classic Livestock Show
• Mississippi Farm & Land Expo Trade Show
• Concert featuring Trace Adkins, Mark Chesnutt and Clay Walker
• Farm Bureau Birthday Party General Session
